Contact Information
You may contact us by telephone, mail or fax. We also are trying a new secure email system. Please note that because of the computer system, most routine office work is performed offsite. That means that the physical office may be CLOSED even when the business is open if there are no active patient visits occurring.
Using public transportation is easy. The hospital is located next to the Duboce N-Judah Muni stop.

Because Dr. Anderson goes out of town frequently to lecture, office hours can vary. Typical office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00am until 4:30pm.
Office hours are by appointment only. Dr. Anderson has an extensive lecture schedule that often takes him out of town. When possible, we try to inform patients in advance of office closures. However, because lectures may be assigned with little notice, rare schedule changes may be necessary.
Monday 9-4:30 returning patients only
Tuesday 9-4:30 returning patients only
Wednesday 9-4:30 new patients only
Thursday 9-4:30 procedures and diagnostic tests
At all times, 24/7, there is urgent back medical coverage available. The telephone number for the covering physician is presented on the office answering machine. However, if there is any chance of an emergency, please instead call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency room.
